Dr. Jung Park

Dr. Jung Park is a neurosurgeon primarily based at Northwell Health's Long Island Jewish Medical Center, with practice locations in Fresh Meadows and Flushing. Specializing in brain tumor management, awake brain surgery, pituitary surgery, and interventions for gliomas, meningiomas, and metastatic brain disease, he has expanded LIJ's neurosurgical program, introducing advanced brain tumor treatments previously unavailable at the center.Dr. Park earned both his MD and PhD from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, focusing on Medicine, Anatomy, and Cell Biology. His doctoral work on the intricate connections between anatomy and cellular function has equipped him to handle complex brain conditions with a unique blend of scientific precision and surgical expertise.
