Philosophy of care | My philosophy working in the emergency department is to treat and advocate for patients during their most vulnerable moments without sacrificing empathy or medical care. | Why I entered medicine | Stimulated by my interest in science from a young age and a desire to help those around me, I pursued a career in medicine to have a positive impact on as many lives as possible. | Community involvement | Growing up in New York City, I was exposed to the harmful disparity of care in patient populations and volunteered at medical clinics to help those underserved. | Personal interests | In my free time, you can find me traveling to remote locations of the world, hiking across national parks or spending quality time with my family.
