A mom who experienced premature menopause while caring for a young child and managing a chronic illness, she understands how disruptive the symptoms of menopause can be. She empowers women by taking a collaborative approach to care. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine and a practicing OB/GYN for many years, Kara is here as a doctor and advocate, committed to helping you feel like yourself again.
Kara adores gardening, woodworking, baking, and visiting the Farmer's Market with her daughter on Saturdays.
