Overview
Katelyn Gray, PMHNP-BC is the founder of Sannyasa. Gray Mental Health, a practice dedicated to compassionate and integrative psychiatric care for adults across Colorado. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and began her career in critical care, earning her CCRN certification and gaining eight years of ICU experience. While this work gave her a deep understanding of the human body, her true passion emerged in mental health. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Regis University in 2022 and has since worked in acute psychiatric care, the prison system, and outpatient services.
At Sannyasa. Gray Mental Health, Katelyn’s approach is guided by the concept of Sannyasa, a stage in Hindu philosophy symbolizing love, self-realization, and inner peace. This philosophy inspires her mission to help individuals develop self-awareness, emotional balance, and clarity while building meaningful and connected lives.
She provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, EMDR therapy, and ongoing psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. Services are offered in-person and through telepsychiatry, ensuring accessibility for patients throughout Colorado.
Katelyn’s goal is to empower patients to learn to love themselves, embrace growth, and achieve harmony between mind and body.
Her top areas of expertise are Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and Major Depression.
