Overview
The field of medicine has always interested me. After receiving my undergraduate degree in kinesiology, I decided to take my education further to become a physician assistant. I enjoy working in urgent care because I like the variety of patients I see and conditions I treat. I can help patients with everything from an ankle sprain, rash or fever, to more serious injuries and illnesses. As I'm busy caring for patients, every day I'm seeing new things and taking on new challenges. My goal is to treat all my patients just like I'd want one of my family members to be treated by a medical professional. My special interests include orthopedics, pulmonology (including asthma) and sleep apnea. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, soccer, hockey and taking care of my new puppy.
