She completed her Doctorate in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her dissertation research focuses on nurse educators’ knowledge, attitudes, instructional beliefs and instructional practices related to the topic of human trafficking.|In her free time, Ms. Raker enjoys traveling to warm climates, listening to music and spending time with her husband and dog, a Maltese named Milo.
