As an infectious disease (ID) doctor, I care for patients with infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. I enjoy taking care of all patients, including members of the LGBTQ+, refugee and immigrant communities, and do my best to take a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to care. I enjoy the infectious disease specialty because I get to solve problems and think about the patient as a whole.
