Philosophy of care | The basis of my philosophy of care is to apply fundamentals of nursing to my role as an advanced practice nurse including caring, compassion, integrity, advocacy and accountability. I feel it is imperative to be a part of a collaborative team that provides comprehensive, unbiased and evidence-based care to all patients. I emphasize the importance of health promotion, prevention and education along with diagnosing and treating health concerns. I strive to build relationships and I feel it is a privilege to have the opportunity to take part in patient care.
