My approach to family medicine focuses on holistic care, where I listen closely to my patients and address their physical, mental and emotional needs. I prioritize creating a care plan that the patient fully understands and actively participates in, ensuring shared decisionmaking throughout their treatment.I love building meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their interests and helping them achieve their health goals or navigate challenging situations. I provide care for people of all ages, appreciating the diverse circumstances, challenges and strengths they bring to each visit.My experience in various specialties has shaped a successful career path in family medicine. With a background in yoga and dance, I also incorporate movement techniques to address issues such as anxiety, pain and depression.
