The opportunity to walk alongside my patients through all aspects of their lives is what initially drew me to family medicine. My motivation is to be a consistent and comprehensive point of care for them, tackling the full spectrum of health from management of acute and chronic conditions to health maintenance and disease prevention. My goal is to be a collaborative and knowledgeable partner, emphasizing that health is the sum of physical, mental and social wellbeing, not merely the absence of disease. I am committed to listening, understanding and providing compassionate care that addresses all aspects of health. My clinical interests include preventive care, acute care, mental health, pediatrics and chronic disease management.|Why I Love My Work|I enjoy talking with my patients, not only about their concerns, but about what brings them joy and what makes them who they are. These conversations are so important for building continuity of care and establishing a trusting patient-provider relationship.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of healthcare, I enjoy spending time outside. From running to paddling, biking or camping, I find the most joy when I am in the great outdoors.
