Dr. Katlyn Elliott is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in Sports Medicine. Completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - McKeesport. She then pursued a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Maryland, gaining expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide array of acute and chronic injuries. She also received special training to use ultrasound to aid in diagnosis as well as deliver targeted treatments. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages and activity levels, from high level athletes to those working on increasing their movement for the purposes of self-care and improving their quality of life. Dr. Elliott is one of the team physicians for Eastern Michigan University. She has interests in patient centered primary care, ultrasound guided injections as well as care of the female athlete with special interest in reduced energy deficiency syndrome.
