Kelly Capasso, APN, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with Primary Care Partners (PCP). She is a NJ registered nurse and advanced practice nurse, a certified lactation support counselor, is CPR-certified, and holds a Maternal Mental Health Training Certificate with Postpartum Support International. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
