I strongly value getting to know my patients as people, learning about their lives and their personal goals. I care about creating an environment that is free of judgment and want to meet patients where they are in their health care journey. Special areas of interest for me are: preventative care, adolescent and young adult care, women’s health, and LGBTQ+ health. Throughout my training, I have enjoyed being able to care for a diverse group of people from different walks of life and hope to continue learning and growing with my patients over time.

My research focuses on helping children live their healthiest life possible through nutrition, activity, and engagement in community activities.
