She then completed her residency at the Integrated OBGYN Residency at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital in 2005. After residency, Dr. Marsh completed a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at Northwestern University. During this time, Dr. Marsh also earned a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) from Northwestern University. After completing fellowship in 2008, Dr. Marsh joined the faculty at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.In 2016, Dr. Marsh joined the U of M family. She is the founder and Director of the onWHARD collaborative, a group dedicated to women’s health and reproductive disparities research, education, and advocacy. In this capacity, she leads several large research studies including SOAR, a project investigating ovarian aging in African American women, and ELLAS, a cohort study designed to help health care providers better understand reproductive health conditions affecting the Latina/Latinx community.Dr. Marsh is also a committed community advocate. She builds bridges between community organizations and academia with community-based participatory research initiatives that have led to funding, publications, and awards.
