Overview
I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I believe strongly in a trauma informed approach to patient care. While I provide the expertise on evidence-based approaches to the treatment of psychiatric illnesses, patients are the experts on their bodies and their own personal experiences. We work together as a team to create care plans that work for them. I provide virtual visits only.|Why I Love My Work|I have a profound interest in physiology of the body and brain, as well as the interplay between those physiologic factors and how our experiences can affect physiology and vice versa. I continue to be challenged and amazed by the human body and the ability of my clients to heal.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of work, I enjoy experiences, however large or small, that bring me joy and awe. These things can range from traveling, to hiking in the woods, to spending time with family, friends and pets.
