Kevin J. E. Stepp, MD, is a dual board-certified specialist in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery with more than 20 years of experience in women’s health. He completed advanced training at the Cleveland Clinic in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, urogynecology, and pelvic reconstruction.
Dr. Stepp previously served as Chief of Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery at Atrium Health and founded fellowship programs in pelvic reconstructive and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. In 2024, he founded Advanced Pelvic Surgery and Urogynecology of Charlotte, where he serves as Medical Director.
He has performed more than 7,000 complex procedures and specializes in endometriosis, fibroids, vaginal reconstruction, sexual health, labiaplasty, and vaginoplasty. His work focuses on restoring function, improving comfort and sexual wellness, and addressing aesthetic concerns.
