I enjoy caring for patients with neurologic diagnoses such as neuropathy and seizure, and I have a particular interest in stroke and dementia. I feel privileged to care for patients and families affected by stroke. I recognize the importance of addressing both the physical and emotional needs brought on by this life-changing event. I strive to provide comprehensive and compassionate care throughout all stages of stroke, from initial onset and hospitalization to ongoing outpatient rehabilitation and follow up. I understand the many ways that the diagnosis of dementia has a significant impact on the lives of patients and their families. Because of this, it is very important to me to develop trusting and long-term relationships in order to help guide patient and families through this diagnosis and life changes.
