Overview
Kristen completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2005. After graduation, she worked as a diet technician for Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga before starting her internship to pursue Registered Dietitian registration. After sitting for her boards, she worked as a registered dietitian in both long term and acute care settings. With over a decade of experience as a registered dietitian she wanted to further her education and provide more care for her patients, starting a master’s in physician assistant studies in 2022, she was a member of MTSU’s the first PA graduating class.
Kristen grew up in Murfreesboro and after a few years away, moved back to the area in 2010 with her husband, Chad and five kids. IN her free time, she can be found cheering on the kids at sporting events or working on their farm. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and serve at her church.
