Overview
As a pediatrician, I feel privileged to be part of a family and child's journey from birth through adolescence. I enjoy all aspects of pediatric medicine with special interests in newborn care, breastfeeding, reflux, allergies, asthma and the medical home. I believe no concern is trivial and families deserve to have all their questions answered and concerns addressed. I enjoy building relationships with my patients and their families and working together to optimize their health. I have also volunteered at camps for children with heart disease and diabetes. I grew up in northern Minnesota in Pequot Lakes and currently live in the northwestern suburbs. My husband and I have three children who each day teach us more about love, humor and patience than we could have ever imagined. In my time away from the clinic, I enjoy being outdoors – going to parks with my family, gardening and traveling.
