Kristina V. Fair, NP

Advanced practice nurse Kristina Fair joins Garden State Urology. She received her advanced training at UMDNJ with a focus on acute/critical care adult/gerontology after attaining her bachelor of science in nursing from Seton Hall University. Kristina spent three years in hospitalist medicine at Morristown Medical Center and has years of experience in acute and surgical patient care and internal medicine. Her many clinical interests include kidney stones, BPH, injections and GU malignancies -- all delivered with a practice philosophy of treating patients with respect and compassion, and empowering them with knowledge that enables them to be equal parties in their healthcare decisions. Kristina comes to Atlantic Medical Group with nine years of emergency room experience and more than three years of hospital experience. She strives to connect with her patients and to create the most positive experience possible for them, regardless of their health conditions. Kristina is committed to ongoing professional development and maintains memberships in Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society and the Emergency Nurses Association to stay current in her field. When she is not providing healthcare, Kristina enjoy spending time with family, friends, and traveling, hiking, reading and enjoying the company of her husband and their two dogs.
