Lauren Culler, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner who takes a patient-first approach to healthcare. A graduate of Francis Marion University, Lauren's passion for medicine started long before her advanced training-rooted in years of hands-on experience in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and primary care. Currently serving at The Pediatric Clinic of Orangeburg, Lauren specializes in preventative care, acute illness management, and chronic disease treatment for children and adolescents. She is known for her warm and approachable bedside manner, making visits to the doctor less intimidating for young patients while building strong, trusting relationships with their families. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lauren worked as an emergency department nurse, an experience that sharpened her ability to think on her feet and handle high-pressure medical situations with confidence. Those years taught her the importance of quick decision-making, compassionate care, and patient advocacy, skills she continues to apply in her practice today. Outside of her clinical work, Lauren is deeply involved in her community, serving in youth ministry and local outreach programs. She is a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and has been nominated three times for the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses, a testament to her exceptional patient care and commitment to nursing excellence. Lauren is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing (TNCC). She remains committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
