Lauren Williams, PA-C, is a physician’s assistant specializing in women’s health. She provides care for women of all ages, including annual women's examinations and screenings, birth control counseling, diagnosis and treatment of acute obstetric and gynecologic conditions, supervision of high-risk pregnancies, pre and postnatal care, and care for pre-, peri- and post-menopausal women.|She notes, “I feel most fulfilled when treating this patient population and making them feel safe, comfortable and heard. I strive to give my patients the same care, compassion and empathy I would expect for my mom, grandmother, sister, niece, friends and family.”|Ms. Williams also performs in-office procedures and diagnostic testing such as insertion/removal of intrauterine and Nexplanon devices for birth control, Pap smears, endometrial and vulvar biopsies and STD testing. “Providing top of the line care to my patients has always been, and always will be, my number one inspiration and priority,” she says.|She earned her physician assistant degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.|Originally from Lock Haven, Ms. Williams says, “Pennsylvania is arguably the most beautiful state in this country. When searching for colleges and my first job, I knew I always wanted to stay close to home and the beauty of this area.”|She enjoys volunteering, lending her service to a variety of service projects throughout the Lock Haven area.|In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancée and dog. She’s a proud aunt of a young niece.
