I am an internal medicine physician which means I care for adult patients, particularly those with complex and chronic medical conditions. I thrive on building longitudinal relationships with my patients and am committed to walking alongside them through each new phase of life. I am passionate about preventive medicine and empowering all patients to set individualized, attainable health goals that optimize their quality of life. I am also a firm believer in the power of a compassionate listening ear when unexpected health challenges arise, as well as the power of knowledge in giving patients more agency over their health conditions. That's why I always strive to meet patients where they are, take the time to understand their symptoms and concerns, work to find the answers to their questions and help them understand each of their diagnoses. I recognize that there is no single best treatment strategy for everyone, and that each patient has their own influences, fears, values, goals, barriers and ever-changing life factors. Ultimately, I hope that patients feel equipped and empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and their individual situations.
