I specialize in the management of complex PTSD (C-PTSD), the impacts of childhood trauma on our present-day experiences, and how its manifestations can affect our mood, anxiety, and relationships. I also have special interests in telepsychiatry and its use for mental health accessibility, student mental health, and ADHD. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, theatre, and spending time with my wife and our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Tilly.
