Leighann Pilkington, NP

Leighann Pilkington is a psychiatric provider who is passionate about helping adults achieve improved mental health and overall well-being through compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based care. She currently sees patients ages 18 and older and is committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey.

Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and trauma recovery, burnout, stress-related concerns, life transitions, identity development, grief and loss, and women’s mental health, including concerns related to perimenopause and menopause. She also enjoys working with patients who are interested in medication optimization and, when clinically appropriate, thoughtful deprescribing strategies.

Leighann takes a patient-centered approach to psychiatric care, partnering with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and unique circumstances. She welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds and works collaboratively to determine the most appropriate level of care for each individual.

She particularly enjoys working with patients who are motivated for growth, open to change, and seeking to build meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling lives.

Her clinical expertise encompasses Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Postpartum Depression.
