Dr. Lekeisha Whitaker is a Louisiana native who attended Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana where she received a Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Biology. She later received a Masters (MS) degree in Biomedical Science from UNTHSC in Fort Worth, Texas prior to attending Texas A&M College of Medicine where she obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2009.
