"I grew up in South Minneapolis and now reside with my family in Golden Valley. I started my career as a physician assistant with HealthPartners in urgent care. Shortly after, I transferred to family practice, where my heart resides. I intentionally took a position near where I grew up, at the Riverside Clinic, and remained there until it closed. I have found a loving home at Brooklyn Center and am excited to continue growing my roots in this dynamic community. I am motivated by the privilege to develop relationships with my patients in family medicine. I enjoy working with patients to pursue health goals. My background also includes education and holistic health; these shape how I approach my patients. I do not believe it is up to me to ""fix"" my patients, but rather to partner with them to take agency with their health. I always try to look at the whole person, and recognize how our health can be impacted in so many ways.".
