Overview
I've had the honor of working with the international travel and infectious disease clinic since 2006, and I still find it to be a fascinating and stimulating subspecialty. Global health and infectious disease are moving targets; the need for continued learning and research never ends. Before joining Park Nicollet, I worked in psychiatric research, public health, HIV prevention and immigrant health. I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua from 1992 to 1994 and an AmeriCorps volunteer in Baltimore from 1996 to 1997. I love to teach and am passionate about health prevention. I look forward to seeing you at the clinic.
