However, witnessing an increasing incidence of cancer among younger and younger patients inspired her to shift her focus toward helping patients prevent cancer in the first place. Over time, she discovered a tremendous amount of scientific data demonstrating that we all have much more control over our health than the American healthcare system has led us to believe. She decided to dedicate herself to empowering others to achieve optimal health through lifestyle changes so they can avoid the chronic and life-altering diseases that plague so many today. Her areas of specialty as a Lifestyle Medicine physician are peri-menopause and menopause care, weight loss, and longevity medicine. Her clinical expertise encompasses Hypertension, Menopause, Obesity, Metabolic Syndrome, and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
