Overview
Dr. L. Richard Feldenberg cares for children with kidney conditions. His services include: renal biopsy; dialysis; treating blood in urine; medical management of complex anatomic renal diseases; and care for all other kidney conditions, including cancer and congenital abnormalities. Among his specialties are kidney transplantation, fetal consultations for birth defects of the kidney, and renal tubal disorders. Dr. Feldenberg uses the latest technology, including 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure measurements, continuous renal replacement therapy and plasmapheresis. Research interests include bioinformatics and fetal outcomes. Dr. Feldenberg is an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Nephrology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of: the American Academy of Pediatrics; American Society of Nephrology; International Society of Pediatric Nephrology; American Society of Pediatric Nephrology; and the American Society of Transplantation. Dr. Feldenberg commutes to work by bike year-round.
