I find medicine fascinating because it is such a diverse and rapidly changing field with more to learn every day. OB-GYN and women’s health in particular is such a diverse practice of building relationships in the clinic, learning from and with my patients, performing both minor and major surgery and getting to share in the birth of a child. I have particular interest in international and immigrant health and enjoy working with patients from medically, socially and culturally diverse backgrounds. I enjoy helping patients understand their medical concerns and conditions. My philosophy of care involves empowering women to understand their choices in medical care and to make healthy choices for themselves and their families.
