Dr. Yudofsky is a Yale and UCLA educated board certified psychiatrist with a longstanding interest in wellness and lifestyle interventions. She was previously a psychiatrist on the faculty at Stanford University and a director at a weight care company. She comes from a family of psychiatrists and is grateful to have been practicing the family trade for over a decade! Dr. Yudofsky practices lifestyle psychiatry which focuses on treating the whole individual using holistic and integrative approaches to the mind + body. She believes that each patient is unique and that there is no one-size-fits all approach.
In addition to psychotherapy and medication management, Dr. Yudofsky offers a number of integrative treatments to her patients and provides each patient with a personalized and individualized treatment plan to help them reach their mental and physical health related goals (including comprehensive weight care).
