Dr. Tamara Lotan is a Professor of Pathology, Oncology and Urology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her area of clinical expertise is urologic pathology. Her group also studies mTOR signaling and its role in tumorigenesis, with a focus on renal oncogenesis. Dr. Lotan is engaged in research training and is the co-PI of the OPTIC T32 in pathology, enabling pathology residents to engage in 2-3 years of laboratory research.
