Overview
It was her close relationship with her grandmother that inspired Maci Kelley, NP, to go into medicine. As a child, she watched her grandmother manage a chronic illness every day, and from then on, she knew her passion was to care for others. She says she specialized in family medicine to better serve her community. “It is important to listen to each patient because everyone has a story,” she says. “Building a trusting provider-patient relationship is the foundation of a successful medical practice.”.
