Hello! I'm Manita Shrestha, a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with dual board certifications in Psychiatry and Primary Care. With over 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and 25+ years in healthcare, I am passionate about providing high-quality, holistic mental health care to individuals across Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
I earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Advanced Practice Nursing from New York University. Throughout my career, I have served in various leadership roles, including Director of Nurse Practitioners in a hospital setting. My expertise spans a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders.
As the founder and provider at MindBrook Psychiatry, I offer virtual consultations and personalized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines.
