Working as a PA in neurosurgery allows me to support patients with a wide range of conditions and help them feel informed, prepared and empowered throughout their care. I’m especially drawn to the combination of detailed problem-solving, collaborative teamwork and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ quality of life. My philosophy of care centers on listening first, prioritizing patient autonomy and providing evidence-based care in a way that feels approachable and supportive. My goal is to ensure patients feel truly seen, heard and cared for every step of the way.
