In addition to his administrative duties at Northwell Health, Dr. Schiffer maintains an active practice in clinical and consultative cardiology.Dr. Schiffer earned his medical degree from Northwestern University, Chicago, IL, and a bachelor s degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He also holds a Certificate in Health Care Delivery Management from the Cornell University Graduate School of Management and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School s General Management Program.
