Overview
Mark R. DeCotiis, MD, is a member of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team with Tri Rivers Musculoskeletal Centers and sees patients in its BHS Crossroads Campus, Cranberry/Mars and North Hills offices. Fellowship-trained in interventional spine and sports medicine, Dr. DeCotiis attended Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School, followed by an interventional spine and sports medicine fellowship at OSS Health in York, Pa. He joined Pittsburgh-based Tri Rivers in 2023, where his practice focuses on fluoroscopically guided injections, treatment for back, neck and hip pain, hand numbness, spinal disorders and pain associated with neurological disorders as well as management of chronic conditions and musculoskeletal issues. Dr. DeCotiis is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Allegheny County Medical Society.

Brad Dicianno, MD, is a physiatrist and bioengineer and is certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is the Medical Director of the UPMC Center for Assistive Technology, Director of the UPMC Adult Spina Bifida Clinic, and Medical Director and COO of the Human Engineering Research Laboratories.
