Dr. Mason Hui
Overview
Mason Hui, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon specializing in obstetrics and gynecology with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). He admits, evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and provides consultation to adolescent and adult female patients, as well as provides the pre-, intra-, and post-operative care necessary to correct or treat female patients of all ages presenting with injuries and disorders of the female reproductive system and the genitourinary system, and he non-surgically treats disorders and injuries of the mammary glands. He assesses, stabilizes, and determines the disposition of patients with emergent conditions consistent with medical staff policy regarding emergency and consultative call services. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients, and making sure they are educated about their condition and treatment. Dr Hui specializes in minimally invasive approaches including robotic surgery for complex pelvic pathology.Dr. Hui obtained a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Rutgers University, followed by a medical degree at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, NY. He then performed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Atlantic Health System Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health, Morristown, NJ, and a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston McGovern Medical School, Houston, TX. Prior to joining AMG, Dr. Hui served as a clinical instructor and staff physician in Houston, TX.Dr. Hui has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and delivered numerous abstracts and presentations. He is a member of such prominent organizations as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and American Urogynecologic Society. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.

June Y. Hou, MD is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Hou received her undergraduate degree at Yale College with Honors, and completed medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. After completing her residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital, she pursued a gynecologic oncology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, and also has a Master Degree of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.She joins the faculty at Columbia University Medical Center with a research interest in promoting equity and diversity in clinical trials, and quality of life measures in clinical trial participants. A past recipient of a career development grant focusing on molecular pathogenesis of ovarian cancer and rare uterine cancers, Dr. Hou has given numerous nationally-recognized presentations based on her work, and has led numerous clinical trials. Clinically, Dr. Hou is certified in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic-assisted surgery. Her expertise includes novel and traditional chemotherapeutics and complex pelvic surgeries.
