Dr. Michael L. Mitchell

Dr. Michael Mitchell is an internal medicine physician with Orlando Health Physician Associates. He focuses on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult illnesses and diseases, and his expertise includes: Conducting clinical assessments Working with patients to create and implement treatment goals Ordering and interpreting diagnostic and therapeutic tests Family medicine care Medication management Dr. Mitchell believes that understanding his patients’ social, mental and physical well-being enables him to provide the best possible care. Dr. Mitchell’s Training Dr. Mitchell earned bachelor’s degrees in biomedical sciences and chemistry at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He received his osteopathic medicine degree from the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and completed an internal medicine residency at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina.
