Dr. Michael R. Bykowski

Michael R. Bykowski, MD, is a plastic surgeon. He is co-surgical director of the Vascular Anomalies Center and an assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Bykowski received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh’s Department of Plastic Surgery, followed by his fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Bykowski’s clinical interests include breast surgery, craniofacial anomalies, vascular anomalies, and general reconstructive surgery. He has authored seven book chapters, 34 pieces of peer-reviewed research, and more than 150 presentations at regional, national, and international meetings. Dr. Bykowski is also a member of multiple professional societies.
