I became a pediatric ophthalmologist because it’s such an interesting specialty. I enjoy the opportunity to develop relationships with my patients and their families, to work with fascinating technologies and devices, and to perform procedures. I have special interests in strabismus (eye misalignment), cataracts, blocked tear ducts, amblyopia (vision loss), and uveitis (ocular inflammation). Children are amazing to work with: They are happy, sweet, and fun to be around. Each child is unique and each exam is different, but the fun of my job is to engage with my patients and earn their trust. My staff and I are dedicated to making the experience wonderful for you and your child.
