I chose to pursue a career in medicine as a Physician Assistant because I wanted to make a difference in my community in a tangible way. I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people after I witnessed the lack of accessible healthcare on a mission trip. Since then, I've realized that there are challenges in access to healthcare in America as well and I wanted to help bridge that gap. Medicine has allowed me to pursue my passion of caring for others while being a solution to the problem of inadequate access to healthcare in communities across the nation.What I want my patients to know about me:I want my patients to know that I will make it my personal mission to make them as comfortable as possible. I do my best to put their worries at ease by providing excellent education about the surgical process and answering all of their questions.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I'm not busy you can find me hanging out with friends and family. I enjoy reading, exercising and being outside.
