Philosophy of care | Each patient deserves the best care, and it’s my mission to provide it. I engage you in treatment decisions, just as I would a family member or friend. I take pride in being a thorough and dedicated physician, keeping my knowledge current. I am complimented for my bedside manner, but my biggest rewards come from bringing healthy newborn angels to mothers and families, bringing them lasting happiness. | Why I entered medicine | The respect and love my family showed our physicians drew me into studying medicine. At age 14, I lost my father in an automobile accident, and realized the value of being able to prevent or ease suffering. I knew then becoming a physician would enable me to restore health and happiness to people. Today I am rewarded when families introduce me to the smart, lovely kids I helped bring into the world. To me, being a physician is a way of life, not a job. | Community involvement | I help orphanages as well as injured and suffering kids in a war-torn country overseas. I have taught and trained OB-GYN residents for seven years. | Personal interests | I like traveling, biking and classical East Asian music.
