Philosophy of care | I believe in a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to medicine in which we work as a team to address your goals for physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being. I hope to be a lifelong resource for education and a place of trust for all my patients. It's my privilege to provide care during your most vulnerable moments and help celebrate your health victories. | Why I entered medicine | Growing up, I observed the challenges my family faced navigating the health system. I wanted to become a doctor who would be culturally sensitive and compassionate. Those needs change throughout life, which is what led me to family medicine. I enjoy growing with my patients and providing the support I wish my family had during my childhood. | Community involvement | I am involved with advocacy for minority populations. | Personal interests | I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends. I love to cook, especially international cuisine, and traveling to discover new cultures and foods! When I'm home, I indulge in paper crafts, hand embroidery and other projects.
