"I came into healthcare as a second career after being inspired by the nurses who cared for my daughter during her chronic illness. I was inspired by how calm and confident they were during emergencies and how they always took the time to care for me, as well, by answering my questions and educating me while also caring for her. This led me to a career in emergency medicine where I was an RN for several years before deciding to continue my education to be a CRNP.What I want my patients to know about me:I believe that healthcare is a ""team sport."" This does not just include those of us working in the office, but you as well. You are our ""team captain."" I value your opinions and input as we work together to improve your health.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and our two incredible daughters. We enjoy everything from traveling to relaxing nights at home watching movies.".
