I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, substance use disorders, and more. My holistic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, culturally sensitive care, and medication management to help individuals achieve emotional balance and long-term well-being.
