I chose to pursue a career in medicine because it can be both challenging and highly rewarding. From a young age, I have always had a love for science and a passion for helping others. Medicine combines these, allowing me to constantly learn new things as well as make a difference in the lives of my patients and their families.What I want my patients to know about me:I want my patients to know that I will listen and be an advocate for them. I value the relationships I build with each and every patient and find it important that they feel heard. I believe in a patient-centered approach and want my patients to feel comfortable playing an active role in their healthcare.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I'm not seeing patients, I can be found spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about athletics, particularly field hockey, and enjoy working out. I love the outdoors, especially when it is sunny, because I enjoy kayaking and going for walks with my dog, Tucker.
