My approach to care focuses on collaboration with employees, employers, therapists and case managers to create timely, individualized plans that emphasize early intervention, rapid recovery and a safe return to work.What I like best about my job is promoting health, wellness, and public safety while educating on injury prevention and treatment. I also enjoy using a holistic approach to improve workplace function and minimize longterm health issues for employees and commercial drivers.I was drawn to occupational health for the opportunity to support employees on their health journey, empowering them to achieve their goals through evidencebased practice while respecting their values and physiology.
