I am a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management doctor interested in interventional pain therapies, multimodal and comprehensive management of pain and perioperative patient optimization. With experience managing a host of spine disorders, injuries, joint pathologies, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, post-surgical pain syndromes and chronic pain states, I am comfortable diagnosing and managing both common and rare conditions. I take a varied and opioid-sparing approach to pain management, using a broad range of resources from interventional procedures, to behavioral care, to medical management and physical therapy. I also believe in robust patient education and spend ample time with my patients explaining a given condition. I aim to move past a simple diagnosis by discovering how a condition impacts a patient and then crafting a tailored treatment plan. With the ultimate goal to improve quality of life, I work to see my patients re-engage in meaningful and fulfilling activities at work and play with family and friends.
